We are using Azure in webapps and mobile apps that caters thousands of users. My question is, will MFA really be enforced? meaning everytime users login a code will have to be sent in order to proceed? One of our clients that uses our webportals informed me that hes being required to install the Authenticator App which is actually annoying thing to do. He told me that what he did was login to our webportal then he was asked for a verification thru call then after he input the code, he received a message requiring him to install the authenticator app. We dont want our clients to do this everytime they login. Is there a way to disable this? Thank you.
