Issues with Microsoft Authenticator Account Access

The account is either locked or not recognized in the Authenticator app. There is an inability to bypass it, and a code is not received for use when needed. Additionally, sometimes a message indicates the email does not exist. What steps can be taken to reset or resolve this issue and log into the account?

    You can ask you Microsoft 365 administrator to reset MFA for your account.

    If you are the global admin or authentication administrator, you could do it yourself from Entra ID admin center.
