I understand that you changed your phone and transferred all your data from your old phone to your new one. However, the Microsoft Authenticator app got messed up, and now you can't access any of your work profiles.
Try manually adding your work accounts to the Microsoft Authenticator app on your new phone. To do this:
- Open the app and select "Add account" from the Customize and control icon in the upper-right, then select Work or school account.
- Use your device's camera to scan the QR code from the Configure mobile app screen on your computer, then select Next.
- Return to your computer and the Additional security verification page. Make sure you see the message indicating that your configuration was successful, and then select Next. The Authenticator app will send a notification to your mobile device as a test.
- On your mobile device, select Approve.
