So, I just upgrade to Office 365 Home version and have attempted to install on 2 different machines but I don't find Teams in the Office apps anywhere. I downloaded the app separately but it doesn't give me any console or anyway of doing anything. It does give me a place to signup for teams which I enter my hotmail info and ittakes me to another screen that doesn't allow me to do anything unless I am a school or want Skype??

Unfortunately, none of Microsoft 365 Family (formerly Office 365 Home), Microsoft 365 Personal (formerly Office 365 Personal) or Office Home & Student 2019 include Teams. The first two do have Skype though. You will need Microsoft 365 Business Basic (formerly Office 365 Business Essentials) or Microsoft 365 Business Standard (formerly Office 365 Business Premium) at the bare minimum for access to Teams.

On numerous occasions I have read that Microsoft Teams would become part of the Office 365 suite. According to my reading this should have already occurred. Why is not available yet????
Sorry, to clarify I meant Office 365 Home Edition. I know that Teams is already part of the other Office 365 business subscriptions.

If you have a personal Office 365 subscription, you won't be able to access Microsoft Teams. To access the app, you need one of the following Office 365 license plans:

I have office 365 (family) subscription, which I recently renewed, like many I thought TEAMS was to be included ..... Is anyone still using SKYPE? .... surely surpassed by TEAMS now.
However, trying to upgrade to add a separate basic TEAMS is a nightmare. I have tried this several times and I work through the process only to be confronted with a drop down box that has an increasing number of USERS / month that I cannot reduce to ONE, hence cost shoots up !!
Anyone experienced this , I have reset cookies etc. but each time I try it adds a few more users to the bill.
Needless to say I do not proceed.
Logged a report, but this has to be with MS business support, and for that it does not recognise my office 365 MS login, just a nightmare.

Your website contradicts your statement. It clearly shows Teams being included in Microsoft 365 Personal.

The Microsoft Teams package is separate from Office package.
