Hi,
I noticed the is duplicate display name & smtp address for below account. And 1 of them is no longer exist on AD. No matter how i trying to delete is not successfully.
Pls help to advise.

Is this only affecting the particular distribution group?
What's the version of your Exchange server? Are you in a hybrid environment?
And do you have any idea about how this duplicate account was created?
Please try running the cmdlet below to see if the the duplicated account can be removed:
Remove-DistributionGroup -Identity <GUID>

Ans: No idea, as it's check it's created years ago.
Please try running the cmdlet below to see if the the duplicated account can be removed:
Ans: Will try out, as when get-DistributionGroup - identity will show 1 object.

Considering that you are in a hybrid setup, have you tried opening an PowerShell connection to Office 365 and run the cmdlet below to see if it can return the group that has the GUID included in the error message?
Get-MsolGroup -ObjectId <GUID>
If yes, you can try running the following command and check if it works:
Remove-MsolGroup -objectid <GUID> -Force

As the problem lie within exchange server, as O365 doesn't have this duplication DL or smtp.
