Here are some steps we can try:
1. Restart Windows Explorer
- Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.
- Find Windows Explorer in the list, right-click it, and select Restart.
2. Run System Maintenance Troubleshooter
- Press Win + R, type msdt.exe -id MaintenanceDiagnostic, and press Enter.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the troubleshooting process.
- Since SFC and DISM didn't work earlier, let's try running them again in Safe Mode:
4. Reset the Settings App
- Press Win + I to open Settings (if it opens).
- Go to Apps > Apps & features.
- Find Settings in the list, click on it, and select Advanced options.
- Click Reset.
5.Reinstall Windows insider with official media.
