Good day!
I have an active Microsoft MCT certification since 2020, but upon checking today in my profile under Credentials, it seems that my MCT Trainer certification is missing. I checked it previously, and the certification was still there, but today it is no longer visible. I also checked my transcript, and it shows that my MCT certification is valid until July 1, 2025.
Could you please assist me with this?
