Hello,

Please i need your help on this issue.

One of my user is having an issue when sending emails to a recipent.  

 When the user sends an email to any recipient. The Recipient will receive the email, but on return the user will get a bounce back email that says

Remote server returned '554 5.2.2 mailbox full; STOREDRV.Deliver.Exception:QuotaExceededException.MapiExceptionShutoffQuotaExceeded; Failed to process message due to a permanent exception with message [BeginDiagnosticData]The process failed to get the correct properties. 1.84300:02000000.

    Will you be able to describe your situation in detail for better troubleshooting?

    1.What is the user's mailbox type? Is it a shared mailbox or a public folder?

    2.Have you received an NDR? Can you attach a screenshot?

    3.Are there mail flow rules that affect mail delivery?

    If there is any other useful information, you can also add it or attach a screenshot at any time.
