if not and you know the tenantid try to use this url:
https://portal.office.com/?tenantId=<YOUR TENANT ID>
That will force the login to a specific tenant.

I've tried multiple times on multiple occasions to log into my account to give permissions and assess to apps in Azura for my Microsoft 360 account such as forms. however, every time i go to log in i get an error message "Pick an account

I'm the owner of the account my email is the one that is setup to do everything what do i do? I've called Microsoft and they tell me to submit a ticket and then I can't even do that.
