Authentication issues

I've tried multiple times on multiple occasions to log into my account to give permissions and assess to apps in Azura for my Microsoft 360 account such as forms. however, every time i go to log in i get an error message "Pick an account

Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '74658136-14ec-4630-ad9b-26e160ff0fc6' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account."

I'm the owner of the account my email is the one that is setup to do everything what do i do? I've called Microsoft and they tell me to submit a ticket and then I can't even do that.

    First see if clearing your cooking and browser cache solves the problem.

    if not and you know the tenantid try to use this url:
    https://portal.office.com/?tenantId=<YOUR TENANT ID>

    That will force the login to a specific tenant.
