How to Resolve "Billing Profile Has Existing Credits" Error for Non-Profit Azure Grant?
Hello everyone,
I have activated the non-profit Azure services (2,000 USD, 1 year) for my registered organization and received the activation email from Microsoft. Upon trying to activate it, I am directed to the Redeem Credit page in the Azure portal, where it asks me for a billing profile.
I already have a billing account with a billing profile, but the error message states:
"Credit can't be added to a billing profile that has existing credits. The selected billing profile has existing credits. Please select another billing profile."
I attempted to add another billing profile, but it prompted me to upgrade my account. I also tried to delete the current billing profile, but it prevents me from doing so as it is the only profile available.
I need assistance on how to activate the Azure grant I received while dealing with this redeem credit profile issue.
