help for fixing Kernel issue

hello microsoft i keep geting this error code for Microsoft-Windows-Kernel-EventTracing/Admin and i keep geting it still! i don´t know how to fix it i read an article from microsoft that i could delete temp files and dism to fix it! but i want to know if it fix it! or do i have some other problems as well related to it?
