azure promptflow flow is missing

Question

My team and I had access to all azure ai foundry services normally up until 11am today. After that, we suddenly could not open any of our flows and any attempts are met with "flow is missing". We've already tried everything in the troubleshooting guide, but it hasn't changed anything. Trying to create a new hub and project on the same subscription leads to the same issue. What could be the problem here and how can we resolve it, or get in touch with microsoft to resolve it?

I understand that you are encountering an issue, If you're using AI studio, the storage account needs to set CORS to allow AI studio to access the storage account, otherwise, you see the flow missing issue. You can add following CORS settings to the storage account to fix this issue. If you are resources are protected with virtual network, please make sure you have created private endpoints with storage and whitelisted IP and AI search/studio/OpenAI resources in storage firewall. storage-network-security
