me and another user have been having an issue where our API keys are way too long and can't figure out what is going. on my old ones are 32 Characters but when either of us try to start a new Resource it has API keys that are more than 80 Characters long. we are on completely sperate Azure Accounts so not an issue there and we are both using different region settings so that also shouldn't be an issue.

The image attached is from a resource that has been deleted so those keys are useless just for you to see what is happening.User's image

    Hi @Austin Roberson,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A forum!

I understand the concern. The older API keys were typically shorter, around 32 characters, but newly created keys are now longer, up to 80+ characters. This change is likely due to Azure introducing more robust security measures to enhance the protection of your resources. Longer keys help improve security by making it more difficult to guess or compromise. While this might be a recent shift, the new keys are still valid for use.

If this is causing any challenges, I recommend you to raise a support request through the Azure portal.

I hope you understand. Do let us know if you any further queries.
