hii sometime in my window server this error is throwing "The process C:\Windows\system32\winlogon.exe (MSAPPSERVER3) has initiated the power off of computer MSAPPSERVER3 on behalf of user NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM for the following reason: No title for this reason could be found Reason Code: 0x500ff Shutdown Type: power off" and the server is automatically getting shut down. The incident is very rare but as the server is the production server it is leading a huge impact.

Incorrect shutdown reason code - Windows Server | Microsoft Learn

Even if the reason code is incorrect, a shutdown event is still occurring and that's the root problem.

I was able to recreate that event on a Win10 VM.

I did that by clicking on the power icon on the console logon screen.

You can remove that button by using gpedit.msc

Of course, if this is a physical server, whoever did that can always unplug the power cord.
