What to enable TFVC option under Azure DevOps for new projects but didnt found the option under policies

Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!
Please go to Organization settings > Repos > Repositories > disable the option “Disable creation of TFVC repositories”.
Then, you can create a new project and use TFVC for version control.
