Hello,

I was using Microsoft Authenticator and accidentally removed some of my 2FA accounts. Although I had cloud backup enabled, I subsequently removed my account and logged back in, hoping to restore everything. However, to my surprise, none of my accounts were restored, and all my 2FA information is now gone. These accounts are crucial, and I need immediate assistance. Could you please help me understand why my accounts were not restored from the cloud backup and what steps I can take to recover them?
