How do Copilot agents learn and respond to feedback?

Creating a Copilot agent that has a few SharePoint hubs/sites as its knowledge sources, that will be used to provide information to our organisation more efficiently and easily. Used in teams.

Currently the agent doesn't seem to have a method of collecting feedback, and when it's redirected or encouraged to give a better answer it then doesn't seem to learn that.

How do Copilot agents collect feedback and do they learn from this?
