Problem with Azure Student Registration: Address Error

I am an international student from China, currently studying in Canada. My course requires extensive use of Azure, and since Azure provides a $100 student credit, I used the student email provided by my school to register. After entering the email, I was redirected to a page to fill in my personal information. I completed all the required fields and can confirm that all the information I entered is correct.

However, when I clicked to register, the webpage kept indicating that there was an error with the city "Ottawa" I entered. I am certain that I currently reside in Ottawa. I have tried different browsers and cleared all browser caches, but the issue persists.

Since my coursework relies heavily on Azure, I urgently need a solution to this problem!
