BUZON COMPARTIDO

Es que le quiero poner un buzón compartido a un usuario, pero no me deja y supongo que es porque a su vez tiene su buzón compartido, entonces quería eliminar su buzón compartido pero tenia la duda de que si lo eliminaba , también se eliminaba de buzón normal , según Microsoft esto no sucede, pero sorpresa , si sucede y después lo restaure, pero seguían si llegar los correos y vi que es porque cambia el nombre del usuario y aparece como bloqueado, lo desbloquee, pero seguía sin poder poner el nombre ,

I created a shared mailbox and want to assign it to a specific user, but their username does not appear. I still cannot assign the shared mailbox to the user.

How did you create a shared mailbox and share it to other users?
