Something went wrong, please try again" Error message in Adaptive cards

I've created an actionable(action.http) message with a button using Adaptive Cards. The first time I try submitting my response from Outlook, I receive an error: "Something went wrong. Please try again later." However, on subsequent attempts, I get the success message: "The Action Completed Successfully."

Any suggestions on how to resolve this?

Best regards

Nargess

    Hi @Nargess Mojtahedi

Teams tag is mainly focused on the general issue of Microsoft Teams troubleshooting. According to your description, your question is not in our support scope. Thanks for your understanding and patience.

The following suggestion is for your reference:

    1. API endpoint issues: API endpoints may be temporarily unavailable or have issues. You can check the status of the API endpoints to make sure they are functioning properly.
    2. Authentication issues: Make sure you have set the authentication headers correctly in your request. If authentication fails, it may cause the request to fail.
    3. Request format issues: Make sure your request is formatted correctly, including all required headers and parameters.

    Troubleshooting tools

    • Actionable Messages Debugger: an Outlook add-in that allows developers to inspect the card payload in their actionable messages and identify why the card is not rendering.

The Adaptive Card Designer lets you create Adaptive Cards without writing a single line of JSON!
