"Subscription Upgrade Failed"

Hi Team,

I am trying to reactivate my subscription but when I try to update it, I get this error message

"Subscription Upgrade Failed"

"You are not eligible for upgrade of your Azure Account. Contact Azure Support for further help. "

I have tried to open a ticket with support, but it does not let me go any further than step 2.

    When speaking with the tech router or customer service representative, explain your issue to them. They will create a support ticket and escalate the case to the Azure Subscription/Account Review team.
