Error redeeming Azure credits - There were issues submitting your request

I have not been able to redeem Azure credits since 2024-11-04.

Opened a support ticket on 2024-11-04, was told that there was a known issue, then was told on 2024-11-12 that the issue was fixed and the ticket was closed.

However the issue was not fixed so I opened a second support ticket, was told the team was working on it and now I cannot get any update at all.

Creating this Q&A question based on Ryan Hill comment to question #2114390.

Time is running out; I must redeem Azure credits by February 4th.

    Alexandre confirmed (on private comment) the Azure credits benefits was activated and was able to link them to an Azure subscription.( Thank you @Alexandre Bouffard for the confirmation)
