Sharing a Custom extraction model in document intelligence not possible (deactivated)

Dear support,

We have been facing the issue w.r.t Custom extraction model in Azure Document Intelligence, which is that we cannot collaborate on a project. Even the user who created RG and all resources cannot share a project and get the token. You see in the image below that sharing cannot be selected.

Can you please help us to fix? We see it probably a bug and not a permission or firewall issue, because it seems all fine. We asked an external user with Azure credit to check his account and it was indeed possible to get the token and share the project.

Greetings and Welcome to Microsoft Q&A! Thanks for posting the question.

With the latest GA version, sharing is no longer required. You can see an option to view all v4.0 projects at the bottom of the My Projects page. Ensure the user has access to the same Azure account and Document Intelligence resource, and they should be able to view the project under All Projects. This update will likely be added to the documentation soon.
