Unable to login Azure portal

I recently i restored my phone from a back, i had not enabled Microsoft Authenticator app backup and only had one admin account. I had Two factor authentication setup for use in Microsoft Azure. Now when i sign in to Microsoft Azure portal. It sends the sign in approval request to my phone but I don't receive request anymore, then the login times out. I have Authenticator notification turned on my iPhone and my phone is also included in the security setting to receive alerts. I uninstalled and installed the authentication app maybe that was a big mistake.Any ideas on what to do?
