To access my admin account on the onmicrosoft.com domain, I need the Microsoft Authenticator, which I no longer have access to because my phone was stolen. How can I disable MFA to log in to the admin center?

    Hi Jorge Lamelas,

If there are other administrators in your organization who has access, they can help to reset the MFA. If you are the only admin in your subscription, you need to contact Microsoft to resolve the 2FA access.

Azure Support ticket can be raised here: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket

    Microsoft Global phone support: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/global-customer-service-phone-numbers-c0389ade-5640-e588-8b0e-28de8afeb3f2

Next time, make sure that you have an MFA backup available to recover the situation.

    Hope this helps.
