Yes, there are preview/beta API endpoints for these reports, which you can find here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/graph/api/resources/m365-monitoring-api-overview?view=graph-rest-beta

Obviously, your tenant must meet the prerequisites for Microsoft 365 Reporting, which should not be an issue for you, judging by the screenshots above.
