Hello

other people used Outlook 2013 wiht skype for business

However, since installing MS teams, all dialog boxes next to the name are displayed offline.

Delete Teams, will be 'Display online status next to name' category is disabled.

(Outlook Options > People > [Online status and photographs])

And Outlook new profile, Office Restoration & Reinstall doesn't solve it.

Is there a way to make Outlook Online dialogs work with Skype again?

Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\IM Providers.

Change the value of the DefaultIMApp key to Lync, which is the identifier for Skype for Business.

Ensure Correct Settings in Outlook:
