For the last few days, nearly everytime I send a sign in request to my authenticator it INSTANTLY denies, before I even receive the notification.This has happened before years ago, where it would give an error. Now since the other day it has been doing this. I'll go to sign in, send a sign in request to Microsoft authenticator, it denies instantly. Nobody talks about this? Isn't this a security issue with a bug like this considering how easy it is for accounts to get blocked with failed attempts. Kinda worrying. Is there a fix? I've tried all I can think of

When signing in, the authenticator flashes a number and then instantly times out. Checking the authenticator app reveals the request to approve, but due to request timing out instantly is invalid.
