When linking Microsoft Learn profile to employers account via Partner Center I linked my personal

Hello,

I am trying to link my personal Microsoft account to my employers account to link certifications.

I logged in with my personal Microsoft account navigated to Learning Profile and selected Link Microsoft Learn Profile.

I entered my personal Microsoft username and password, thinking I was being asked to re-sign in for security reasons.

However, the account seems to be linked to itself. It says I cannot relink for a further 30 days. Is there any way to revert this without waiting 30 days please?
