Allow Global Admins to filter MFA status on 'disabled'
Hi,
This is more of a request than question: I, as Global Admin for our company, regularly check the Per-user multifactor authentication menu from the admin portal to make sure all accounts are secured with MFA and I noticed I'm able to filter on 'All', 'Enabled', 'Enforced' but weirdly enough not on 'Disabled' (see arrow in screenshot) which is the most important status for me. This causes me have to go through the long userlist one by one. I know I can probably do this through Powershell instead but rather have the admin center provide this filter as it does for the other statuses.
Please prove a 'Disabled' filter in the Per-user multifactor authentication menu from the admin portal. Thanks.

2025-01-28T06:23:15.72+00:00 @First Last Thank you for reaching out to us, I did check the above mentioned ask with my team,
As per the update which I got from my team there will not be any enhancements to this blade, due to certain features that are keeping that blade alive and there will be no further improvements. As everything will move over to Authentication blade control.
Appreciate your feedback with respect to this ask. At this point of time PowerShell/Microsoft Graph API are the options we have to retrieve perUserMfaState - https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/authentication/howto-mfa-userstates
Let me know if you have any further questions, feel free to post back.
