How can I contact an Azure support representative?

I have raised a similiar request with Insights Team, but they told us to submit one to Azure Support Team also ( 2501100040006178).

I need help with an discrepancy between usage data report and earnings report (transaction history) from partner center. Revenue data should be the same but it is not. There are discrepancies that cannot be explained by rounding. Please help us to understand what reference lists (prices ...) have been used for calculation.

A specific example can be provided upon request.
