How to fix Date Conversion Power Automate Flow

Question

I just started a Power Automate Course and I'm having trouble with the first example, which is for Date Conversion. When I run the flow is says, "the provided text can't be converted into a valid datetime". The only difference I can find between my flow and the one in the instructions is that the "Text to convert" box only shows a variable({X}} tag on mine, and the one online shows a variable and function tag. Please help.

We’ve tested the flow on our end, and it's working fine. Please refer to the screenshot below for the correct setup. Ensure that the date input is in the European format (dd/MM/yyyy) and that the variable is correctly applied in the 'Text to convert' field. If the issue persists, kindly double-check the input values and ensure there are no inconsistencies in the variable.
