Hi
I got a new phone in December and lost my authenticator app, and I dont have and saved codes. Now when I downloaded the app again I have lost access to my Facebook in Authenticator, and can not longer login. Is there anyway to reset my Authenticator app so I get the connection to Facebook back? This is a very urgent issue for me since I work with buying ads for companies through Meta and I cant do it any longer.

Oskaregn 0 Reputation points2025-01-24T09:39:57.7633333+00:00 I have the same problem. I lost my phone and I don't have any of the recovery codes. I expected to see all of my previous accounts when I logged in to Microsoft Authenticator on my new phone but I see none of them even though it is the same phone number.
