I am trying to fill out a request form for Azure OpenAI o1 Access. The form I'm using, which can be found here ->

Under Limited Access Model Application -> https://aka.ms/OAI/o1access
Question 6 is not accepting any text (only numbers). I'm guessing this is not intended behavior for this field, unless I'm missing something.
