You must start from scratch.
Clean up all Azure Local resources and AppRegistartion and start with the actual ISO and install the node from scratch.

Last week. During the deployment of Azure local , it failed. During this time, one of the instance server got OS failure. So i have delete the whole deployment plan, the netintent group and the destroy the cluster.
After the OS has recovered, i planned to re-create the deployment plan again.
In the Validation process, it show the error: Fail to initialize cloud deployment: Unable to launch deployment: a prior deployment attempt has not been fully cleaned up. Command Arguments ------- --------- Initialize-CloudDeployment.ps1
Any hints on this issue?
