How to receive Win10 ESU on cloud-based managed PC ?

Hi, team,
I have a question about how user receive Win10 ESU on cloud-based managed PC with discount.

As per blog https://blogs.windows.com/japan/2024/04/03/when-to-use-windows-10-extended-security-updates/#02, users have three options to receive Win10 ESU.
The 3rd option, users are able to receive Win10 ESU on cloud-based managed PC and available to get 25% Discount and the pricing is going to be $45USD per user ( up to 5 devices ) in the first year.

Please let me know how to reveice it and apply discount.

Seems Enterprise agreement has only device licenses for Win10. Can the above 3rd Option be available for Enterprise Agreement ? If so, how to receive it and apply the discount ?
