I need to plan budgetary. I need to know how many ESU license must I buy.

example senario

I have VMware cluster. ESXi 5 nodes. total CPU core are 320 cores.

I have VM with Windows Server 2012R2 are 100 VMs. total vCPU usage are 400 vcore.

I have VM with Windows Server 2019 are 150 VMs. total vCPU usage are 600 vcore.

I must calculate license core from number of total physical core, or calculate from number of instants only Windows Server 2012R2, or calculate from number of vcore only Windows Server 2012R2.
