Issue with Phone Verification During Azure Sign-Up
Dear Azure Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I am currently encountering an issue while trying to sign up for the Azure portal in order to access Azure AI services. During the sign-up process, the platform fails to verify my phone number, and I consistently receive the following error message:
"We’re unable to validate your phone number. Phone validation is required to confirm your identity and complete signup. Please reenter your SMS verification code, or try again with a different phone number."
I have already attempted to use 2-3 different phone numbers, but the issue persists. Additionally, I was unable to create a support ticket for this issue directly through the Azure portal, which made it challenging to reach out for assistance.
I am sharing my concerns here in the hope that you can resolve the issue and assist me in completing my sign-up process. Your support in addressing this matter would be greatly appreciated.
