From my maui app I have two ProjectRefrences to 8 , how to change them to 9 ?

Please refer to the following steps:

Step 1. Update the .net version to 9.0 in class library project file.

Modify

<TargetFrameworks>net8.0-android;net8.0-ios;net8.0-maccatalyst;net8.0-tizen</TargetFrameworks>
<TargetFrameworks Condition="$([MSBuild]::IsOSPlatform('windows'))">$(TargetFrameworks);net8.0-windows10.0.19041.0</TargetFrameworks>

To

<TargetFrameworks>net9.0-android;net9.0-ios;net9.0-maccatalyst;net9.0-tizen</TargetFrameworks>
<TargetFrameworks Condition="$([MSBuild]::IsOSPlatform('windows'))">$(TargetFrameworks);net9.0-windows10.0.19041.0</TargetFrameworks>

Step 3. Remove Microsoft.Maui.Controls.Compatibility NuGet package, then upgrade the Microsoft.Maui.Controls to latest version.Step 3. If your app targets iOS or Mac Catalyst, update the $(SupportedOSPlatformVersion) build properties for these platforms to 15.0:

Step 4. Re-reference this ClassLibrary in your Maui project. Prior to building your upgraded app for the first time, delete the bin and obj folders.

Re-reference is to avoid compilation failure caused by caching. If your project can be compiled, you don't need to re-reference it. In the case of VS Code, you can reference the Class Library by changing the project file of the Maui project.
