Please follow these steps to check if the add-in is enabled:
Open Outlook and go to File > Options.
In the Outlook Options window, click Add-Ins.
At the bottom, make sure COM Add-ins is selected in the Manage dropdown, then click Go....
Check the box next to HubSpot Sales for Outlook and click OK.
