I'm not able to login to my Github account using Microsoft authenticator

I had my github 2FA setup using Microsoft Authenticator, but suddenly one day it just stopped working. This is the link to my github account: https://github.com/harshalgunjal69

I have lost my recovery keys becasue of a disk wipe. Now, I don't have the recovery keys with me. And the microsoft authenticator code does not work at all. I tried everything posted on the internet, but nothing seemed to work. Please help me get my github account back.
