Map a network drive

Our business has been using Windows 10 Pro for quite some time and we have a shared file server that we map a drive to on each workstation. I am setting up our first Windows 11 Pro and the mapping of the drive is not working. It is asking for logon credentials. We have never needed this before and I don't know how to get past this.

    Hello,

If your device is managed by your organization, you may check with your administrator which account type you are using (domain or local). If everything goes well before and you don't need a credential, your organization must use a policy to bypass it, but the account should be the same as your login account.

Another possibility is your organization uses different policies for different system versions.
