It sounds like you're experiencing an issue where Excel prompts you to sign in to upload changes to OneDrive, even though OneDrive is already set up and accessible on your computer. Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this issue:
Please ensure that OneDrive is properly configured on your Mac. Open OneDrive settings and make sure that it is set to start automatically and sync files correctly.
Then open Excel, go to File- Options- Save and uncheck the box next to "AutoSave OneDrive and SharePoint Online files by default on <application>".
Sometimes, signing in once in Excel can resolve the issue. After signing in, Excel should remember your credentials and not prompt you again.
