    Hello

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

The error code 0xc0000001 typically indicates a problem with the boot process or system files. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot:

    1. Ensure that the installation media (e.g., DVD or USB) is not corrupted. You might want to create a new installation media using the official Microsoft tool.
    2. Boot from the installation media. Select Repair your computer. Choose Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Startup Repair.
    3. Ensure that all hardware components are properly connected and functioning. Sometimes, faulty RAM or hard drives can cause this error.
    4. Check Disk for Errors: Boot from the installation media. Select Repair your computer.Choose Troubleshoot > Advanced options > Command Prompt. Run the following command:

    chkdsk /f /r

    Then restart the server.

    1. If the above steps don't resolve the issue, you might need to perform a clean installation of the server OS. Ensure you back up any important data before proceeding.

I hope the information above is helpful.

If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to let us know.

    Best Regards,
