I am not able to log in to my personal Azure Payed subscription since I'm not getting any kind of notification on my Authenticator App.

Can you please help me?

    Hi @Maurizio Accardo
Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A.

I understand that you're having trouble logging into your account with your Azure paid subscription, and despite having MFA enabled, you're not receiving any notifications on your Authenticator app.

As mentioned, MFA is enabled on your account, but you need to set it up on the Authenticator app. If you haven't configured it yet, please do so. If you have already set up your MFA settings in the Authenticator app but are still not receiving notifications, please follow the steps below:

If you're using mobile data, try switching to Wi-Fi or vice versa. Also, ensure Airplane mode is off.

Moreover, try restarting your phone and then opening the Microsoft Authenticator app again to check if the notification will get pushed to your phone app.

Make sure you're using the latest version of the Authenticator app, as Microsoft doesn't support versions older than 12 months. Go to the app settings and ensure that automatic updates are turned on to get the latest version.

Additionally, in the app settings, turn off battery optimization to improve sync performance. Check your device’s Notification Settings to make sure "Show Notifications" is enabled.

Restart your mobile device, then open the Authenticator app to see if the issue persists.

If you're still not receiving push notifications, try removing and then re-adding your account to the Microsoft Authenticator app.

If the problem persists, and you have another global admin associated with your account, ask them to re-register your MFA settings through the Azure portal.

Hope this helps. Do let us know if you any further queries.

    Best Regards,
    Harshitha Eligeti.
