Sharepoint knowledge not retreived

Hello,

It seems like my Copilot bot is not using the Sharepoint knowledge in conversational boosting to generate an answer.

I tried uploading a file and it does work.

I checked all permissions to the site and everything is fine.

Has anyone else experienced this??

I am also experiencing this problem. First of all document search in SharePoint cannot find specific documents in the library. Windows search can though in file explorer. The SharePoint agent was able to correctly summarize a specific document when the file URL was provided to it. However when I asked a specific question that was answered by that document it says "I couldn't find any specific information on [specific subject] in the available documents.

Its obvious the SharePoint agent isn't doing what was promised. I noticed no one from Microsoft has answered this or other related questions so I guess they released this product prematurely or are behind in the background processing they need to service these agents. There doesn't seem to be any way of checking whether the library has been indexed or processed for the CoPilot agent to work. That would be a useful feature.
