Hello,
We have SCCM version 1910 installed in Windows Server 2012R2 machine and trying to deploy packages, but discovered that those packages are not installed, and stay in Waiting for Content status in Monitoring.

The results in the client of the powershell command Get-TransferBits, i find that the the transfer is in state of Error, and the event logs, i find in the Bits-CLient > Operational logs, the event id: 60:
**BITS stopped transferring the CCMDTS Job transfer job that is associated with the **** URL. The status code is 0x40008.****

In several websites and forums, they talk about a problem with the proxy settings of the computer and an exception should be added for the sccm server url, but for us, the *.domain.local is automatically added by GPOs.

I would like to know, what i should diagnose to resolve this problem?
Thanks in advance,

    Hi @LotfiBOUCHERIT-4930,

We could connect the URL manually mentioned above to see if it is normal. If there is issue, please check if there is a problem with the proxy settings of the computer.

Kindly navigate to Internet Explorer, open the Tools menu, and then select Internet Options, on the Connections tab, select LAN Settings. In the Local Area Network Settings dialog box, check if the option of 'select the Use a proxy server for your LAN settings check box' is checked. If so, please uncheck it.

Besides, please check ContentTransferManager.log for more information, it schedules the Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) or Server Message Block (SMB) to download or access packages.

    Hello @Amandayou-MSFT ,
As i told you the results are the same if i disable the proxy settings of the client or not. besides, all the clients have a correct settings. And if i try copy paste the url in the event in the navigator, it does start downloading without any issue.
Thank you in advance for your help
