pivot and groupby function does not work in excel

The pivot and groupby function does not work in Excel, I have a Microsoft 365 E5 license, Excel is updated with version 24.11 build 18227.20222.

I ran Microsoft 365 Repair Tool and still have the issue.
Microsoft 365 and Office | Excel | For business | Windows

    Could you please check the Office update channel and Office version number?

    • To get this information, please click: File > Account > Product Information.

    • I suggest you use Current Channel.

    This feature may not be available in Semi-Annual Enterprise Channel, such as Version 2408 (Build 17928.20392).

    Because this update channel release new feature updates less frequently than Current Channel.
