I am unable to open any links in OneNote, whether it is website addresses or folder paths.

When I open them, it always displays:"This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator."

Any help is appreciated.

    Hi,

Did this problem appear in all Notebooks?

Did you try to check if this problem also appears in new Notebook?

What kind of account did you use? Personal account or Organization account?

Did links in Excel or Word open without problem?

Since the message mentions contacting your system administrator, it might be a policy set by your organization. They can provide specific guidance or make necessary adjustments to the settings.

It is recommended to disable anti-virus software or firewalls, maybe blocked by them.

You can also go to Windows settings- Privacy & security- Account info, please check if you connect to any organization accounts, please disconnect them.

Just checking in to see if the information was helpful. Please let us know if you would like further assistance.
