Activate sandbox button not available

While doing AZ-104 training, in order to work with the resources in Sandbox, I activated the sandbox however it says :

You have used 1 of 10 sandboxes for today. More sandboxes will be available tomorrow.

In this unit, you learn how to create and find different types of resources in the Azure portal.

Activate the Azure sandbox

  1. Start by selecting the Activate sandbox button at the top of this page.

I DO NOT SEE Activate sandbox button anywhere on the page.
